Belgian Federal StateUse Case
The Belgian federal state is hosting a Decidim platform notably for a participatory process on fake news. It is also proposing to all Belgian institutions a dedicated Decidim platform via the multitenancy system included in the Decidim framework. Thanks to this way of implementing Decidim, even the smallest municipality can benefit from Decidim. See examples of Uccle, Nivelles or Waterloo.
Ecrivons Angers Use Case
The city of Angers (France) decided to open a Decidim platform in order to host the first edition of its participatory budget. Several other consultations took place on the same platform, allowing the citizens to reproduce the success of the participatory budget which was filled with more than 300 propositions!
City of NancyUse Case
The city of Nancy is using several participatory spaces of the Decidim platform it opened in May 2018. It conducts a successful consultation on ecological transition since the opening. But the city has also dedicated a reserved space for each of the seven existing Citizen Council. These spaces allow each Citizen council to debate internally in a more continuous way and without implication from the city hall.
French National Commission for Public Debate (CNDP)Use Case
The CNDP is a key institution in France, since it conducts all concertations that are legally mandatory (mostly on environmental matters). It has opened a Decidim platform and achieved several processes. One of them was the consultation before the redesign of Dunkirk's harbor. Another one took place on the same platform about the Montagne d'Or project in French Guyana; it welcomed over 450 citizen contributions!

Decidim Barcelona is the platform for citizen participation online and offline for Barcelona (City Council). It's made using the Decidim modular framework, that other goverments or organization can use. It's main task is being able to have Participatory Process without making much code, using different components, such as Proposals, Meetings, Surveys, Results, among others.
